Following the release of debut single ‘All Out Of Sorts’ and follow up single ‘Kicking Leaves’, Matt returns to headline Baker’s Nightclub, Kilmarnock, in this hometown show.

The Singles have been featured on BBC’s Introducing and the Roddy Hart Show, as well as Jim Gellatley’s Amazing Radio show. Matt and the band headlined King Tuts, Belladrum’s Trailer Trash Stage, and other venues across Glasgow, and return together for the first time to play in good auld Killie.

“One of our finest young singer songwriters I’ve known Matt for a few years and his authenticity, fierce growl and passion set him aside from his peers… New EP Matt Scott - “Whoever That Is” is full of even more promise that we are witnessing the evolution of a genuinely talented singer songwriter talent from Ayrshire, following in the footsteps of his heroes”
Daily Record

“Ayrshire’s Matt Scott has one of the most genuinely striking voices that Scotland has ever produced as well as being one of the most promising new lyricists in the country… reminds me of Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and Woody Guthrie… Captivating”
Ayrshire Magazine

“The kind of song that comes round to your house, has a chat with your mum to see how she’s doing and trades a few jokes with your dad whilst walking up the stairs. All Out Of Sorts is a nice young song, your mum says, why can’t you be more like All Out Of Sorts?... The whole way through it feels like a singalong, something that everyone can enjoy”
Transistor Music Blog

“Delightfully Scottish and infectiously jolly, Matt Scott’s jangly singer songwriter anthem “All Out Of Sorts” is a fun indie-folk song that aurally pays homage to the likes of Springsteen and the Waterboys; except possibly even more Scottish than the latter’s Mike Scott”
